From Saturday 27 December 2025 until Friday 13 March 2026 we will be moving to: OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL SUCCOUR CHURCH, 22 River Street South Murwillumbah for weekend Masses whilst remediation works continue around Sacred Heart Church. A decision has been made by Fr Peter, based on Diocesan advice, that weekend Masses will be cancelled for this weekend 8-9 March due to the slow movement of TC Alfred; the current advice from SES on flooding, evacuations and stay indoors requests and the fact that the entry to the church is compromised by the vulnerable Perspex panels above the church doors; oh and there being no power in the church at present.
