Thank you to everyone who helped in any way with the Christmas Carnival and Tableau last weekend. It was a wonderful community event culminating in the telling of the story of Jesus’ birth. We are very grateful to our Parish School communities – Mt St Patrick College, Mt St Patrick Primary and St Joseph’s Primary – for all their assistance with the Carnival preparations and particularly the Tableau – actors, narrators, dancers, music, choir, lighting – we couldn’t do it without their commitment! Change to Sunday Mass Time from 1 February 2023 With the planned return of Fr Anthony to active ministry in late February/early March; a decision has been made to celebrate only one Mass on Sundays rather than the current two Masses. Sunday Mass time will change to 9:00 am from the first weekend in February. The Saturday Vigil Mass and weekday Masses will remain unchanged. Our understanding is that in the short-term Fr Peter will remain in the Parish to support Fr Anthony whilst he continues his rehabilitation and assist with his return to ministry.
